Senior Client Experience

Significant experience leading major client relationships in a creative, brand or design studio environment. You've done this before at a high level.

Commercial Acumen

Fluent in scoping, pricing and negotiation. You can hold a commercial conversation as naturally as a creative one.

Cross-Disciplinary Fluency

Able to work fluidly across strategy, design and delivery teams — aligning different disciplines around a shared understanding of client needs.

Growth Track Record

A demonstrable history of developing accounts, identifying opportunities and turning relationships into long-term partnerships.

People Leadership

Comfortable mentoring Senior Client Managers and Client Managers. You make the people around you better at their jobs.

New Business Confidence

Experienced in pitching, proposals and commercial negotiations. You know how to bring new clients in and get them over the line.
