the role
Part-organiser, part-relationship builder, you keep projects moving and clients happy. As the engine room of project delivery, you'll own the day-to-day mechanics of smaller projects and key workstreams, while supporting senior team members on larger engagements. Working closely with creative and strategy teams, you bring energy, organisation, and a strong service mindset to craft seamless client experiences.

KEY SKILLS
PROJECT DELIVERY EXPERIENCE
Experience owning end-to-end delivery on projects, typically managing two to three concurrent workstreams. Agency experience preferred.
CLIENT COMMUNICATION
Confident and polished in client interactions—comfortable preparing materials, attending meetings, capturing actions, and following through.
BRIEF WRITING
Ability to brief creative and strategy teams clearly, keeping feedback loops tight and work moving forward.
