Further at D&AD New Blood 2025

At Further, we believe the future of our industry lies in the bold ideas, diverse perspectives, and raw talent of emerging creatives. That’s why we were thrilled to take part in D&AD New Blood 2025 — an annual celebration of the next wave of design talent.
What is D&AD New Blood?
If you’re not familiar, New Blood is D&AD’s platform dedicated to helping the freshest creative minds break into the industry. Through awards, learning experiences, and real-world exposure, it connects students, recent grads and emerging creatives with agencies, brands, and mentors who can help them level up. It’s where potential meets possibility.

Rolling up our sleeves for the Graphic Design Portfolio Reviews
We joined an incredible lineup of creative industry leaders for this year’s Graphic Design Portfolio Reviews. Sitting down with emerging designers, we offered honest feedback, shared practical advice, and helped them sharpen how they present their ideas. There’s nothing more energising than seeing raw talent evolve in real time and we were honoured to help nurture that process.

Exploring the future of design and tech
Further’s Digital Creative Director, Jordan Sheldrick Devine, also joined a standout panel discussion: Technology and Design: What Happens Next?
Moderated by D&AD President Kwame Taylor-Hayford, the session looked at the intertwined evolution of technology and design — from where we’ve come, to where we’re headed. Jordan spoke alongside a brilliant group of industry leaders: Kadine James (The Immersive KIND), Kladi Vergine (Adobe), and Tom Foley (Monotype), unpacking how emerging tools are shifting the landscape and what that means for the future of creativity.
Why this matters to us
Supporting new talent has always been important but today, it’s critical. Emerging creatives are entering an industry that’s evolving faster than ever. Where AI and automation are rewriting the rules, and where design is fast becoming commoditised.
At Further, we believe in the enduring power of human creativity to move people — to create emotional connection, spark change, and help brands show up powerfully at the defining moments that shape their future.
That’s why we show up too. To listen. To guide. To help build a future that values originality, imagination and craft. Because if we’re serious about turning brands into a cultural force, we need to support the people who will create them.
Here’s to the next generation. We can’t wait to see what they do next.
