The Further Residency

The Further Residency Programme is now open for applications: a three-month, fully paid internship based in our central London studio, built to give emerging creatives the best possible start in the industry.

What actually happens during the Residency?

From day one, you’ll be working on real projects with some of the world's most exciting brands, not just watching from the sidelines. Alongside that, you'll be mentored by industry-leading creatives, on hand to help and support you at every step. 

But this isn't just about absorbing what's already here. The Residency is a space to experiment, play and push boundaries. We want you to bring fresh eyes and bold ideas, because the best creative work happens when new voices are in the room, and that's exactly what you'll be. This is three months of learning by doing, in an environment designed to allow new talent to thrive and shake things up.

Who's it for?

Curious people. Open-minded people. People who are interested in the world around them and want to make exciting work. You might have a degree, you might not. It doesn't matter nearly as much as your drive to learn and push yourself.

Is it paid?

Yes. Residents receive the London Living Wage for the full duration of the programme.

How do you apply?

There's no rigid brief. Send us something that excites you — a finished project, a half-formed idea scribbled on a napkin, a video you shot on your lunch break. Whatever it is, it should tell us something real about you: how you think, what you care about, how you see the world.
